Climbing Physio is a private physiotherapy clinic based at Highball Climbing Centre, Norwich. Despite a special interest in climbing injuries, the services are available via online booking for all musculoskeletal injuries or concerns. Whether you’re aiming to return to climbing after a finger pulley strain or simply climb out of bed in the morning without pain or stiffness, Climbing Physio can help you to reach those goals. The services available include:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Sports Massage
  • Rehabilitation & return to sport
  • Self-Management advice
  • Injury Prevention advice & programmes

Using our clinical and sporting experiences, we will work with you to manage your symptoms, return to full functional strength and prevent further injury. If you’ve managed to stay injury-free thus far but perhaps you’ve been working or training hard, why not book in for sports massage to help relieve muscle tension and tightness? The blogs and the treatment techniques we use are based on up to date clinical research and guidelines, while the services remain tailored to the needs and goals of the individual. If you have any questions or queries, be sure to drop us a message, give us a call or pop in to see us!

Go read our new blog at www.climbingphysio.com - how to fall out of a tree and hurt yourself!

Scott from Climbing Physio is hoping to guide you through his journey from breaking four vertebrae in his back and the subsequent rehabilitation from this potentially life changing injury. The idea is to make sure you don't do something as stupid as he did and highlight the importance of physiotherapy and exercise through his recovery, along with a bit of humour along the way

So glad we have the opportunity to help these amazing kids exercise and reach their goals. They are incredibly determined and far fitter than the oldest member of climbing physio!

It is so much fun and all the kids always have a smile on their face. The focus and co-ordination needed is remarkable. If you know a child with a disability looking to exercise more we can't recommend it highly enough

Trying out some alternative training for grip strength and finger training.
